Frozen Gianduja Petit Four

Another tasty tidbit coming your way...

Frozen Gianduja Petit Fours:
Frozen hazelnut and milk chocolate mousse sandwiched between a dark chocolate crumb crust and a gooey milk chocolate ganache. All topped with flakes of Maldon sea-salt. Pretty tempting, eh?

Would you consider a version that has a dark chocolate ganache topping? For my taste, that much milk chocolate is too timid! Tort (not really anonymous--just don't have an account!)
